Stephani J Norwood

Stephani Johnson –Norwood Stephani was born in Chicago, ill, and at an early age the father moved the family to Vineland, N.J. Stephani, Attended Public School and Community College and, upon graduation and accelerating as a stellar student and scholar at every level. After these exciting years of academic completion, Stephani began the pursuit of her passion as a Registered Nurse.

Stephani has always had a vision and love for assisting people not only in healthcare but in the overall improvement of their quality of life. She moved south to Birmingham, Alabama shortly after formal Nursing training to continue to pursue educational and employment opportunities. While in Birmingham, she managed and owned a successful Home Health Agency. Stephani, and her team of care givers had many successes with helping families with the care of home bound patients. Stephani’s quality of services was able to draw the attention of several large Public healthcare organizations, where her company earned a prime sub-contractor status for Public home health services. Along the way she, developed a love for the game of Tennis and Board games. These pursuits occupied her time when she wasn’t busy pushing the limits of her business and associates.

Like most folks, Stephani fell in love and moved even further South to Prichard, Al. with her Husband, where she continued to operate the business in Birmingham from Prichard. The rigors of travel got old and Stephani, accepted an offer to buy the business. While evaluating her years of operating the business, Stephani was constantly offered positions with local healthcare organizations. Stephani, carefully chose to work in the Nursing Home, Hospice and Home Health industries. Given her Executive level Administrative experience, Stephani became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and held many other leadership positions. After an aggressive twenty years of her career in high level management, Stephani chose to return to direct patient care where she was most fulfilled.

Stephani is a devoted Christian lady who grew up in the church and attended the church her father pastored and founded. The middle child of six, she was always the mediator and consoler for the family. Today, Stephani’s immediate family consist of Husband Jesse, Jessica, Brandon and Justin. Her Hobbies are playing tennis, Scrabble, reading, gardening, Stephani’s passion for the community is working on Breast Cancer, Community beautification and a list of other civic programs.

Ms. Stephani as she is called by most in the community is a hard worker and honorable community member. We hope you will follow and support her as she tries to help build unity and pride in her Community.
